This set of concerts ranges from the classical period of German music with its formal structure to the contemporary period of Argentinean dance music, leading the audience to experience the changes in classical music over time. The first half of the programme features music by German composers from the Classical to the Romantic periods, all of which are in the genre of sonatas with a formal structure, transitioning from Beethoven's fantasies to Schumann's sonatas, where the music gradually becomes more humanistic and romantic, and then on to the second half of the programme, where the music is free and in the style of Argentinean folk dances, and then finally ends with a passionate tango, 'Dance Fury', which makes the classical music change over time. Dance Fury' closes the programme, making the development of classical music clearer and clearer.

The repertoire begins with Beethoven's famous Cello Sonata No. 3, which transports the audience into the world of chamber music with the two instruments in conversation with each other, followed in the second half by two Russian composers ranging from Rachmaninoff's most moving Andante to Shostakovich joined by the violin to bring the concert to a climax.
